Xiaodong Zhang received the M.S. degree from State Key Laboratory of High Power Semiconductor Laser of Changchun University of Science and Technology in 2009. He subsequently joined the Suzhou Institute of Nano-Tech and Nano-Bionics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Suzhou, China, as a Research Associate until July 2016, then he joined the group in School of ECEE at ASU. His current research interests include material epitaxy and device fabrication of III-Nitride semiconductors.
