Dr. El Asmar was invited to join CII as part of the New Scholar Program, and delivered talks to the CII Academic Committee and Research Committee at the (II)Annual Conference in Orlando, FL on July 29-31, 2013. The talks focused on Dr. El Asmar’s Research Path and Vision in Innovative Delivery Systems and Sustainable Performance of the Built Environment.

Dr. El Asmar was invited to give a presentation about the effectiveness of single-step and two-step Design-Build procurement at the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) fall conference in Scottsdale, AZ on October 29, 2013.

Dr. Mounir El Asmar was invited to give a talk about the performance of Integrated Project Delivery at an industry group meeting on December 21, 2012.

Dr. Mounir El Asmar served as guest speaker for the Master of Real Estate Development Program at ASU’s W. P. Carey School of Business. He led a workshop on “Project Management Scheduling Practices” on December 3, 2012.
