Jeffrey is studying the application of alternative project delivery methods (APDM) for water infrastructure projects. He is a recipient of the 2019 American Society of Civil Engineers Utility Engineering and Surveying Institute Scholarship; 2019 Design-Build Institute of America Scholarship; and 2019 American Public Works Association Scholarship. Jeffrey has also received the first-place award for the 2019 North American Society for Trenchless Technology Research Poster Competition.
