This includes 2D material preparation (exfoliation, transfer, annealing, etc.) as well as device processing techniques with hands-on cleanroom experience. The candidate should have excellent understanding of 2D semiconductor physics and should be able to design, fabricate, test, and analyze devices such as field-effect transistors (FETs).
