Our research focuses on efficient VLSI design, and current interests include the following computing, power, and communication areas.

  • Circuit and system design for neuromorphic computing, bio-inspired emerging applications
  • Algorithm, circuit, and architecture co-optimization for efficient machine-learning hardware design
  • On-chip integrated voltage regulator design to improve power efficiency, power density, and minimize voltage droop/ripple
  • High-speed and low-power on-chip/off-chip communication circuits
