Although important advances have been made over the past several decades, current strategies for diagnosis and treatment still fall short of clinical needs. The Wang Laboratory is dedicated to harnessing molecular and cellular engineering, together with biomaterials-based approaches, to develop nanoscale therapeutic and imaging platforms for the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
