FURI Student
Koen Nijssen is a senior civil (sustainable) engineering from the Netherlands. Throughout his time at ASU, Koen has shown to be involved both in- and outside of his major, and is currently conducting research for the Fulton Undergraduate Research Initiative (FURI) on controlled delivery of encapsulated nano-fertilizer. Outside of school, he loves to travel whenever time allows it and has a deep passion for skiing. In the future, Koen hopes to continue taking on challenges and eventually wants to become an entrepreneur.
