Waag, Tyson"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tyson Waag is a master\u2019s student in environmental engineering. His research interests\u00a0are water\/wastewater treatment, desalination, reverse osmosis membrane processes, and\u00a0membrane biofouling reduction. He served in the United States Marine Corps from\u00a02009-2013 as an Advanced Water Treatment Specialist. While he was in, he served one\u00a0tour in Afghanistan where he purified over 4 million gallons of water in support of the\u00a0troops and local populace. He obtained his B.S. in civil engineering from Arizona State\u00a0University and is currently finishing his M.S. in environmental and sustainable\u00a0engineering.
