From atomically thin semiconductors to quantum materials, we develop and manufacture novel material systems that are industry-compatible, scalable, and highly tunable for real-world impact. We make new materials, discover new functionalities, and find creative ways to bring them to public use. Our lab is internationally recognized for its leadership in materials manufacturing and semiconductor-grade materials research. We have discovered new materials, developed novel deposition methods, and introduced entirely new applications. Our impact has been consistently recognized, including six consecutive years (2019\u20132024) as Highly Cited Researchers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We foster a safe, inclusive, and collaborative space where curiosity and teamwork drive discovery.
