Yiran Cui won the Best Student Paper Award at the 2019 International Microelectronics Assembly and Packaging Society (IMAPS) held in Fountain Hills, AZ. The title of the conference presentation is “Quasi-Optical Testbed for Wideband THz On-Wafer Measurements”.
