HighlightI have supervised and co-supervised 17 Ph.D. students and currently am advising and co-advising 10 Ph.D. students. I have advised seven master students and nine undergraduate honor theses. Under my supervision, some of my students have won international competitions including:

  • Jiajing Huang awarded Finalist in IISE Annual Conference DAIS Track best paper award in 2021
  • Min Zhang received best dissertation award in School of Computing, Informatics Decisions Systems Engineering, 2015
  • Eugene Jalao received best paper certificate of merit award in WCE conference, 2012.
  • Mengqi Hu won 1st place in System Management Engineering Competition in ISERC (Industrial and System Engineering Research Conference), 2011.
  • Adrian Ramirez Nafarrate received the best student paper award of ACM track from Winter Simulation Conference, 2010.
