Congratulations to Dr. Lindsey M. Hamblin!
We are thrilled to announce that Lindsey successfully defended her PhD thesis.

Her dissertation, “A Method for the Integration of Low-Grade Waste Heat in Direct Air Capture Processes,” computationally and experimentally explored how waste heat-particularly from data centers-can be harnessed to improve the energy efficiency of carbon removal.
Lindsey’s work, co-chaired by Prof. Klaus Lackner and Prof. Matthew D. Green, represents an exciting advancement in the development of sustainable climate solutions.
We are so proud of Lindsey’s accomplishments and can’t wait to see the impact of her future contributions. Congratulations, Dr. Hamblin!
