Unravelling atomistic correlations in quantum materials workshop

May 21-22, 2026 Memorial Union

We invite young undergraduate and graduate students to a free workshop on unraveling atomistic correlations in quantum materials. The workshop will bring together experts in electron microscopy and X-ray–based techniques with the goal of shaping new project directions and inspiring the next generation of researchers in quantum metrology.

Special sessions will be dedicated to discussion panels and hands-on demonstrations to help students understand the nuances of each technique and how they can be applied to their research.
