Kai Fu received his B.S. degree in Physics from Ocean University of China in 2008 and Ph. D degree in Microelectronics and Solid State Electronics in 2013 from Suzhou Institute of Nano-Tech and Nano-Bionics (SINANO), Chinese Academy of Sciences. He joined the group in Jan. 2018 and is now a postdoctoral researcher at ASU. His research interests include GaN power devices and photodetectors.
