We are currently looking for Ph.D students to join our dynamic and fast growing group at ASU. Ideal candidates should have a B.S. or M.S. degree in electrical engineering, engineering physics, optical engineering, semiconductors, materials science or any related area. For the opening this year we are particularly interested in candidates who have strong research background in MOCVD Growth and Nano Fabrication, Nano Photonics, or Optics Science. Interested applicants should contact Prof. Zhao directly. Priority, however, will be given to the overall originality and promise of the candidate over any specific area of specialization. The positions will remain open until filled by a qualified candidate.
