Facilities maintenance
Supporting research, learning and innovation across the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering
What we do
The Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering facilities team supports the full life cycle of facilities across more than 20 buildings and 1 million square feet of space. We help ensure that your workspaces are safe, functional and future-ready.
We partner with faculty, staff and students to:
- Plan space and align projects with research and academic goals.
- Coordinate lab and office renovations.
- Provide research support through our in-house Research Support Services (RSS) team.
- Ensure safety and compliance in coordination with ASU Environmental Health and Safety (EHS).
- Support daily operations in collaboration with your school’s facilities contacts.
- Align with ASU Facilities Development and Management (FDM) for construction, utilities, maintenance and custodial services.
