Junzhe Xie
Bio
Junzhe Xie received his B.S. degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in Materials Science & Engineering in 2024 and joined our group in 2024 fall. Now he is pursuing a PhD degree in Electrical Engineering at Arizona State University. His research mainly focuses on Wide/Ultrawide-Bandgap materials and devices.
