We are recruiting undergraduate and graduate students who are interested in Semiconductor Device Physics, TCAD simulation, SPICE modeling, and DTCO.

- Design and Optimization of a High-Frequency Amplifier Using a GaN HEMT SPICE Model
Project opportunities are also available to support HON 498 research credit for Barrett students.
