Habibullah Khan

Habibullah holds a B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). He is pursuing Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, focusing on the development of wide and ultrawide bandgap semiconductor-based power devices. His research specifically explores Thermally Managed Βeta-Ga₂O₃ Self-Aligned High-Frequency Transistors. He also enjoys traveling, playing cards with friends, and spending quality time with family.
