Bio
Michael Do is an undergraduate student in the ASU Barrett Honors College majoring in Electrical Engineering. He is interested in simulating wide-bandgap material based devices using the Sentaurus TCAD tool. In his free time, Michael enjoys playing racquet sports and cooking with his friends.
