Po-Heng Ho (Peter)

Peter joined the DEMO Lab in Spring 2024 as part of the Fulton Undergraduate Research Initiative (FURI) program to explore his interest in solid-state device and semiconductor compact modeling. His work focuses on developing compact models for emerging devices. Outside of the lab, Peter enjoys music, photography, and reading history literature.

Peter’s work on Compact Modeling of NbO2-based Oscillator for Neuromorphic Computing has been accepted by International Compact Modeling Conference (ICMC), 2025.

Peter received ASU Outstanding Graduate + Impact Award, Fall 2024
