Russell W. Raldiris Torres was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, in 1993. He has earned a BSEE degree from Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, FL, USA, in 2016, and the MSE degree in electrical engineering from Arizona State University, Tempe, AZ, USA, in 2021. He is currently at Raytheon Technologies: Missiles & Defense, Tucson, AZ, USA. His research interests are in antennas, electromagnetic theory, and microwave devices.
