Tsung-Han Yang received his M.S. degree in Photonics and Optoelectronics in 2016 and B.S degree in Electrical Engineering in 2014 from National Taiwan University, Taiwan. His previous work focused on the bio-sensing application of thin-film transistors. He joined our research group in Aug 2017 and is currently pursuing a Ph.D degree in Electrical Engineering at ASU, with a focus on the GaN HEMT device.
