Kailong Jin serves as an Co-PI on a proposal entitled “Chemical Upcycling of Waste Plastics: An Integrated Research and Educational Program” to DE-FOA-0002203: FY20 Bioenergy Technologies Multi-Topic FOA Project, which is led by Prof. Shuguang Deng in SEMTE. If funded, Jin research group will lead the efforts on next-generation polymers with improved chemical circularity or sustainability.
